Web apps and product interfaces

We build signed-in web apps: the customer portal, the internal tool, and the admin surface the business actually runs on. Not brochure sites. Accounts, workflows, and files are part of the same delivery as the screens.

What we build

A customer sees their records, files, and the next step. An operator sees the queue, the exception, and the action that closes it. Permissions follow the job, so a client account and a staff account are not the same login with a hidden flag.

Typical work is a portal beside an existing service, a tool that replaces a spreadsheet the team has outgrown, or the admin side of a hybrid mobile app. Search and document handling land here when people need to find a record. An assistant on top of those records is the AI work, scoped separately so the product still works if that feature is dropped later.

Measurement and integrations are part of the build, not an afterthought. We wire in analytics with tools such as Mixpanel, Firebase, and Google Analytics, so usage becomes visible, and we integrate the external APIs the product needs, including the Spotify, Apple Music, and Deezer APIs.

Typical starting points

  • A customer portal beside a service that today runs on email and PDFs.
  • An internal tool replacing a spreadsheet the team has outgrown.
  • The admin and operations side of a mobile app or an AI feature.

From preview to your domain

You use a preview on a real URL while the scope is still changeable. We write down what the first release includes and what it leaves out. Release means your domain, your accounts, and the source in your repository. The path from the first call to that handover is on how we work.

What you leave with

A product your team can change, and a backend that does not require someone to watch a cluster. We stay for the run when you want that, and we leave a system someone else can operate when you do not.

Questions we hear first

Is this a website or a web app? A web app: people sign in and do work in it. If you only need pages that describe your offer, this is the wrong service.

Who can see what? Permissions follow the job. Customers, staff, and admins get different views, not one login with hidden switches.

Can our team keep developing it? Yes. The release runs on your domain and accounts, with the source in your repository.
